MEMBERS INFORMATION
Dress Code
Neat casual attire is expected at the meetings in accordance with the Rules Club's dress standard. Visitors and guests should arrive at 6.45 pm to be met by a Club representative to ensure a 7 pm meeting start.
Education Communication & Leadership Program
Each member has the opportunity to achieve his or her educational goals. You can arrange for your speeches to be evaluated. Records will be kept for you so you can see how you are progressing including:
- Speech Status - indicates which speeches you completed and the date of your last speech, and
- Job Matrix - a record of which assignment you undertook at each meeting.
These records are normally circulated within the folder containing the Draft Agenda during the meeting.
Note: Ensure the VP-E signs the completion certificate at the rear of your Manual after every speech. The VP-E's signature is proof of your speech achievements to Toastmasters International.
