Plans, promotes and manages the Toastmasters educational communication and leadership program for both basic and advanced level speakers to ensure that each member has the opportunity to achieve his or her educational goals. |

Doug Conkey
Vice President Membership (VP-M)
Conducts on-going membership building programs. For all prospective members, explains the educational program, helps guests wishing to join complete the Application for Membership; speaks with fellow members to determine if their needs are being met. |

Vice President Public Relations (VP-PR)
Promotes the Club to local media and promotes membership programs. |

Joan Veerhuis CTM
Secretary
Handles general Club correspondence; keeps Club files, including the Club charter, Constitution and Bylaws, minutes, resolutions, and correspondence. |

Ann Thompson
Treasurer
Prepares a budget to be approved by the Executive Committee and membership. Submits new member applications and pay bills as due. Keeps records of all financial transactions. Presents verbal and written financial reports. |

Colin Davis AC-S
Sergeant-at-Arms (SAA)
Schedules meeting location. Maintains Club equipment in working order and checks after every meeting to ensure adequate supplies are available. Ensures the meeting starts on time. |

The Immediate Past President provides guidance and serves as a resource to Club officers and members.
